What if I could not / did not attend the briefing session?You may visit our retail office no later than 10 days before departure and we will provide you with a counter briefing. Or else, you may request for a set of pre-departure information via email and pay your remaining tour fare via ibanking service.

Can I make special request for seats?At times, special request for seats may not be available because group seats are pre-assigned by airlines. We seek you understanding that we may not be able to get your preferred seats, especially during peak season.

Can I know the group size?Group size can be up to 55 passengers per coach.

Can I make special request for meals?Such requests have to be done no later than 10 days before departure date, subject to availability.

Can I join a tour late or leave it early?It's extremely difficult if not impossible to join a tour after it has begun. It is possible to leave a tour early however you will be responsible for your own arrangements from the moment you decide to leave the tour. You would also be responsible for all costs associated with joining a tour late or leaving one early. If you feel this may be necessary please consult a G Adventures Specialist before you book your adventure.

When should I book my tour?We suggest you fill out a reservation form as soon as you decide which tour and departure date you would prefer. Booking at least 3 months in advance is recommended to ensure your preferred departure dates are still available and to allow enough time to apply for necessary visas.

I have special dietary requirements – will they be catered for?We will try our very hardest to accommodate all dietary requirements but in some out-of-the-way places it can be very difficult to guarantee. We will let you know if there are places on your itinerary where this is the case. Please let us know at the time of booking of any food requirements or allergies and we’ll pass the information onto your leader. It is also a great idea to bring a card with your dietary requirements written in the local language for those times you are eating away from the group.

Can I fly business class or upgrade my flight?Yes, you can upgrade your international flights to Business Class for $800 - $1200 (depending on destination and time of year) per person. Please contact the Asian Travel Ltd Customer Service team to discuss the details and update your booking.

Why I am unable to retrieve my booking?Name entered has to be according to what is printed on the Pax Statement, in capital letters. This feature is only applicable for travellers joining package tours organised by Asian Travel. For free & easy or cruise booking and any other tours/reasons, please contact us.

What are the things I need to prepare for the tour?Please refer to the information provided during pre-departure briefing session.

How do I get my refund?For cheque and cash payment, refund will be made in the form of a cheque. For credit card payment, refund will be made through credit card Company. The processing time may take up to 6 weeks to complete.

How many people will be on my trip?On most of our trips you’ll be part of an intimate group of 12-16 people, though our group sizes are on average 10 people. Our Overland trips are in purpose-built vehicles that can carry up to 24 travelers. Group sizes are displayed on each trip’s overview page on our website.
